We’re excited to announce that Equitas has acquired Screenloop.

Over the past few years, Screenloop has built a standout interview intelligence platform with a strong customer community and a clear focus on improving quality of hire. As the Equitas team got to know the business, it became clear that Equitas and Screenloop share the same core belief: better interviews lead to better, fairer hiring decisions.

Our priority is clear: it’s business as usual for Screenloop. The product, the team, and the customer experience remain unchanged, and Screenloop will continue to operate under its own brand for the foreseeable future.

In the months ahead, our focus will be on:

• Growing customer success and operational support teams
