Our journey began with a simple observation: traditional hiring processes are fundamentally flawed.
In our decades conducting over 10,000 interviews, we saw it all. Archaic processes full of bias. Tedious and repetitive tasks that could easily be automated. Errors and oversight which excluded brilliant candidates. The huge cost of hiring the wrong person.
These systems - which cost companies talent, money, time and reputation - weren't just unfair. They were inefficient.
We knew there was a better way. And so, Equitas was born.
